Our gratitude goes to Nigel Brierly for donating a brand new trail master and camera to the BCIB group. These cameras are left out in prime locations in a bid to catch on camera whatever is lurking out there. We have not been fortunate yet as a group to take a photograph of a 'big cat' yet but watch this space!
Nigel donated recent sales of his book They Stalk by Night' in order to buy the group a new camera, and for that we are very grateful.
A special thank you goes to Di Francis for not only donating all her news clippings but also a stuffed Kellas Cat (one of only three in existence) for the BCIB research centre.
We also extend our gratitude to Charlie McGuinness who with his donation the group purchased a hide which was featured on the BBC series Animals 24:7 in September 2006
John Finch for keeping me on the right track!
Mick Jackson for all his pictures, Kent information, video footage and a stack of casts made in the Kent countryside
Thanks also go to the following for donating books at the 2007 conference: Di Francis, Merrily Harpur, Mark Fraser, Chris Moiser and Nigel Brierly & Terry Dye for his cameras| Through the jungle very softly flits a shadow and a sigh - He is fear, O little hunter, he is fear! Rudyard Kipling, The Song of the Little Hunter. |
If it was not for the witness with the courage to come forward none of this would be possible, thank you and dp please continute to report any unusual sighting
I do ask that you take the trouble to report your sighting, even if you have reported it to others in the past.
Appreciations too.....
