Scottish Big Cats in Ayrshire is appealing for people to be interviewed for a documentary.
Seven sightings of large cat-like creatures have been recorded in the area this making a total of 30 (incorrect - there are more than that reported yearly) since Scottish big cats began keeping records.
Mark Fraser from Scottish Big Cats (BCIB) told the Extra: “ would dearly like to speak with any witnesses and confidentiality is assured.
“It doesn’t matter how long ago their experience or how trivial they may think it to be.” Call Mark on 07940 016972.
