(1) Mark Fraser did bring a projector screen and the film was designed for that, unfortunately it was not used!
(2) ... much out of it. If possible it may be better to concentrate on a higher quality of speakers, with other researchers encouraged to present their data in poster form. Future meetings should be better advertised (though I know its difficult to know how to do this: were adverts announcements placed in BBC Wildlife Magazine, police literature, local nautral history society lierature, Fortean Times, British wildlife magazines etc?)
All the above were consulted some chose to carry the news others did not. Also we had national press coverage, radio etc.
(3) .. and see photos of evidence they have found. Stop people walking in and out and talking while some one is giving a talk.
Regards the pictures Mark Fraser printed off practically every alleged photograph that has been taken in the British Isles, displayed on a board and in folders, there for everyone to see.
(4) ... comments - coffee breaks maybe there should be a 5 or 10 minute break say every hour or hour and a half.
(5) ... hearing views and evidence of a possible new species, the Rabbit Headed Cat - exchange of information
