The final exhibition of work, sited at Bolton Museum in summer 2006,
consisted of a video piece, as well as a large display cabinet. The
cabinet featured research, natural history specimens, equipment used,
small drawings and maps – in fact pretty much everything we used,
recorded and found out over the duration of the project.

The same class and Bolton Museum followed this work with a project
late in 2006 that documented the local woodland flora and fauna.
Called ‘In the footsteps of Darwin’ the project won the prestigious
Rolls Royce Prize for Science in schools.

Big Cat Exhibitions - Brian Percival

I am a professional artist based in Manchester. During 2006 and 2007 I was approached by both Bolton Museum and Manchester Museum to come up with art project(s) linking the Museum collections to schools.
Bolton Museum has a cast of a pawprint from a big cat sighting in 1996 and Manchester Museum has a good native and non native display. These were the areas I concentrated on.
